The themed dining nights offered a fantastic variety of cuisines, making each dinner an exciting experience.
Access to our room involved navigating a set of steps, which was inconvenient with a baby stroller.

It was just a fine choice for a whistle-stop in Costa Teguise with good value considering the price it charged. The entertainment team was really active, making sure everyone had something to do during the day. Consider walking to the center for some ice cream and a drink in the evening.

Had a boss time! The pools were well kept and the all-inclusive was spot on with plenty of food options. Just a shame about the evening entertainment, could be way better, la!

It was just a decent option for a weekend escape in Costa Teguise with good value for price. The room was spacious, with a divider between the kids' area and the main bedroom, which made it comfortable for the family. Take a taxi instead of the transfer for a quicker trip from the airport.

Perfect Family Getaway with Plenty of Fun!
We had an unforgettable stay! The kids loved the splash pool, and my husband enjoyed a fantastic massage at the wellness center. Don’t miss out on the kids buffet during dinner. For a quick snack, grab pizza by the pool, but go early to avoid the rush! Highly recommend!

Chur, had a great stay. Pools were clean but staff were stretched thin—queuing for meals was a hassle! Loved the spacious family room, though.

missingWrote a review on 14 Septimpressive pool facilitiesstretched stafflong queues
The hotel boasts impressive pool facilities suitable for families.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the stretched staff during peak dining hours, leading to long queues for meals. The evening entertainment could use a significant upgrade as it felt lacking, which dampened our overall enjoyment. I found the need for easier access to communal areas was crucial, as it often felt cramped, especially during busy periods.

wonderful base for exploring nearby attractions and parks
our stay was made even more enjoyable by the easy access to stunning beach views at Playa del Jablillo, just over 2 km away, and the chance to visit the fascinating museum of contemporary art in about the same distance, making our city strolls all the more rewarding.

The restaurant offered an astonishing array of food, including fresh salads, a hot plate with expertly cooked meats, and an extensive dessert selection that vanished faster than my husband's willpower at a chocolate fountain.
Easier access to communal areas needed.

Exciting, Exciting, Exciting
The vibrant animation team turned regular days into extraordinary adventures! From engaging poolside games to nightly themed dinners that whisked our taste buds around the globe, every moment was a joy. The splash area and slides were a hit with my kids, letting them unleash their inner mermaids while I relaxed nearby.
